Court Use Policies

Warehouse Courts Court Use Policies:

  • All participants must have a completed waiver on file to be permitted to use the facility. No exceptions. Participants under the age of 18 must have the waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • All participants must wear appropriate court / sport shoes. Street shoes and bare feet are prohibited.
  • Shirts must be worn at all times.
  • Cursing, yelling, abuse to court surface, walls, or ceiling will not be tolerated and will result in a loss of court privileges.
  • Court rental times will be enforced. Be prepared to promptly leave the court area at the end of your reserved time slot.
  • Warehouse Courts holds no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or lost / stolen items.
  • No food or drink permitted in the court area (with exception to water).
  • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Warehouse Courts property.

Warehouse Courts Reservation Policies / Procedures:
  • Reservations can be made Monday – Friday by calling (636) 272-4554 between the hours of 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Requests for reservations can be made via email but cannot be considered a confirmed reservation until a Warehouse Courts employee responds via the phone.
  • Reservations are accepted in one hour increments starting on the hour. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time slot.
  • Cancellations will be accepted 24 hours in advance of the reservation.
  • Cancellation requests less than 24 hours prior to the reservation or no shows may lose the ability to rent court time in the future.
Warehouse Courts Payment Options:
  • We prefer payment via credit card and gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • We accept cash.
  • We do NOT accept payment via check (personal, club, or corporate).
  • Payment must be made prior to entering the court area.
  • Season long rentals vs. hourly rentals must be paid in full to secure the discounted rate.
